In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchased item(s), we offer a 30 days returns policy. This means that you can return the item(s) and receive a full refund.
Simply get in touch via email, referencing your invoice number and the reason you want to return the item(s). If no return reason is provided we may need to contact you for more information, which could delay the return process. Once approved, we will be in touch with further instructions. Please package the item(s) up using as much as the original packaging as possible. Then send the item back to our address using the instructions that we will provide. Once received we’ll process the return as quickly as possible.
If the item is faulty then we'll cover the postage cost but if the item is unwanted we'll ask you to pay for the postage. Once we receive the item your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
